Who is the tenant?
Dashh Properties becomes your tenant. We take on all contractual responsibilities, not just the payments of the rent. For instance: should the person residing in the property refuse to vacate it at the end of their contract or break the terms of the agreement, causing the need for legal action, all costs involved in perusing such action will be met by us.

How does the rent guarantee scheme work?
We offer you a fixed, guaranteed rent for your residential properties. For a fixed term, usually 2 years or longer. During this time we take on the property to accommodate our clients which are often NHS staff or business professionals. The rent is paid to you whether the property is vacant or occupied and you can cease worrying about all the management related hassle for the entire term of the agreement.
